This is the best option if you want time to explore without watching the clock.

Studio Lockout (Full-Day Exclusive Access)

Price: $480 per day
(8-hour minimum at $60/hour)

A lockout reserves the studio exclusively for you for the entire day. No other sessions are scheduled.

Best for:

  • bands traveling from out of town

  • immersive creative retreats

  • recording projects that need privacy and continuity

  • artists who want the space to feel like their own for the day

  • exclusive access to the studio for the full booking

  • uninterrupted creative time

  • flexible session flow throughout the day

  • deposit required to reserve lockout dates

  • lockouts are booked by day, not by hour
